The Chicago Cubs will host its annual convention for the 37th year next month.
The Chicago Cubs have set Cubs Con 2024 for Jan. 12-14 at the Sheraton Grand Chicago as Cubs fans can get ready for Spring Training and the 2024 season and see some of their favorite players and Cubs personalities.
The three-day event will feature autograph sessions, panel discussions, auction, player meet-and-greets, interactive exhibits, exclusive experiences for season-ticket holders and Cubs Bingo.
Friday’s opening day will feature a conversation with former Cubs pitcher Ryan Dempster, along with the unveiling of the Chicago Cubs Hall of Fame Class of 2024.
Along with autograph signings, conversations on Saturday include one with Cubs outfielder Ian Happ and another with new Cubs manager Craig Counsell, along with conversations with select pitchers and hitters.
There will also be a baseball operations updates from president of baseball operations Jed Hoyer and general manager Carter Hawkins.
Appearances will also be made by members of the 2016 Cubs World Series team and the Cubs’ 1984 team which won the National League East.
The members that will appear will be announced at a later date, as schedules are subject to change.
Sunday’s final day features autograph signings, a youth baseball clinic and a conversation honoring the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. called “African Americans in Baseball.”

The Chicago Cubs are coming off an 83-79 record last season that saw them just miss the postseason. The Cubs hired Counsell to take over for manager David Ross, who was fired the same day the Cubs made the move to hire Counsell.
