South Dakota native selected with 82nd overall pick by team whose general manager is from Luverne.
DETROIT, MI (Dakota News Now) – Our first local has gone off the board in the NFL Draft thanks, in part, to another local.
The Arizona Cardinals selected South Dakota native and O’Gorman alum Tip Reiman in the third round with the 82nd overall pick on Friday night.

Reiman played tight end at the University of Illinois, hauling in 41 passes for 203 yards in four seasons, the bulk of that coming over the last two years.
Arizona general manager Monti Ossenfort is no stranger to the region either having come from nearby Luverne, Minnesota.
