The New Orleans Saints ultimately did add a pair of offensive tackles in the 2024 NFL draft.
With their final pick in this year’s draft, the Saints drafted Eastern Kentucky offensive lineman Josiah Ezirim, a 6-foot-6, 329-pound college right tackle.
Ezirim originally went to Eastern Kentucky to play defensive line, but he switched to offensive tackle midway through his college career. He earned third-team FCS All-American honors last season.
He may be relatively new to the offensive line, but he has the size the Saints look for in an offensive tackle prospect. At the NFL combine, Ezirum measured in with 35 3/4-inch arms and an 85 1/8-inch wingspan.
